REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Digital Nature of Goods

All products sold on this store are digital goods (downloadable files, licensed content, or immediately accessible digital products). Due to their nature, digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once access has been granted or the download link has been delivered.

2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, and its equivalent under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by completing your purchase and checking the consent checkbox at checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The performance of the contract begins immediately upon purchase; and
  • You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started or access has been granted.

This waiver is recorded at the time of purchase for compliance purposes.

3. All Sales Are Final

Please review the product description, preview images, and system requirements carefully before purchasing. Except as provided in Section 4, all sales are final.

4. Exceptions: Technical Issues

A refund or replacement may be considered exclusively in the following cases:

  • Defective file: The file is technically corrupt, damaged, or cannot be opened.
  • Non-conformity: The product is materially different from its description on the website.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at dazprojectsofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, including:

  • Your order number
  • A screenshot or detailed description of the issue

We will first attempt to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file. If the defect cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued for personal dissatisfaction, change of mind, or inability to use the product due to insufficient technical skills or failure to meet stated system requirements.

5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This policy is governed by European Union consumer law. For customers based in the EU or UK, mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
